Equipped with an extensive knowledge of the BCCM Act and Regulation Modules, Kyla is known for her insight and ability to handle multifaceted situations proactively and creatively. Kyla’s passion lies in achieving positive outcomes for each of her clients.
Kyla’s clients appreciate her initiative as well as her approachability and benefit from the established relationships she holds with key stakeholders in the industry. Providing sound advice in the areas of compliance, management rights, by-law enforcement, disputes and all related strata matters, Kyla is trusted counsel to many and a leader in good business practice. She relishes the opportunity to empower owners through education, increasing their understanding, resolving conflict and creating positive experiences for living and investing in strata communities.
Kyla exudes energy whilst employing a common-sense approach to handling matters and is committed to timely responses and open communication. One of her many strengths is in conducting meetings that are both charismatic and controlled, backed by in-depth preparation and an intimate understanding of the complexities of meeting procedure and the dynamics at play. She is enthusiastic, reliable, skilled in time management and an effective communicator, tailoring practical solutions to each matter at hand.
Kyla is well equipped in the production of accurate and meaningful budgets as well as analysis and interpretation of the financial position of Bodies Corporate. This enables her to guide Committees in the protection of property value and to fix realistic contributions.
Across her career, Kyla has proudly managed a diverse portfolio including commercial schemes, mixed-use towers, BMG Members, PBC Subsidiaries, Bodies Corporate with shared facilities, prestige high rises, holiday accommodation, residential estates, walk-ups, townhouses, small schemes and duplexes.
As principle of CUBE Body Corporate Management since October 2019, she is thrilled to lead a dynamic team and continue to offer affordable and professional establishment and management services to a growing customer base.

Michelle Voigt

Administration and Accounts Manager

Michelle brings her extensive administration skillset and 30 years of experience to ensure clients receive consistent, personal and efficient customer service. Her background in real estate and information technology empowers her to devise a solution to any problem. Placing high value on accuracy, systems development and timely responses she is a joy to encounter. Michelle is the right hand to the Body Corporate Manager and has gained a thorough working knowledge of the Body Corporate Act and Regulations. She is responsible for meeting preparation and the majority of daily communications with owners and agents to facilitate harmonious community living.  She has created and constantly improves on our unique database, providing value-add to way we operate on a daily basis. Michelle is a high-performing member of the team and a great asset to your body corporate.  She has many hobbies including upcycling and restoring old furniture, home renovation, writing, photography and website/graphic design.  She also adores her 3 rescue puppies and spending quality time with her Son, Daughter and Granddaughter.

Hany Fouad

Administrative and Accounts Assistant

Hany Fouad is trusted with the bookkeeping for the Company and all our valued clients, preparing financial year end accounts and reports in a timely manner. Hany is responsible for accounts receivable and account payable and provides essential assistance to the Accounts Manager and Body Corporate Manager. Hany thrives on a challenge and is studying Crime and Justice at present. He prides himself on accuracy and enjoys communicating with clients in a friendly and prompt manner. Hany brings laughter to the office and has a flair for mixing cocktails which liven any social event. Hany is an essential support for the business with a vested interest to ensure all clients receive top class service.

Mikayla Blythe

Maintenance Co-Ordinator/BCM Assistant

Mikayla is an attentive, helpful and always friendly member of the team. She genuinely appreciates the opportunity to work with owners and is driven by the desire to meet the needs of the clients. Mikayla takes on the mammoth responsibly of common property repairs, maintenance and insurance claims for all schemes and partners with Committees to achieve the best outcomes. Our systems are designed with multiple follow-ups to ensure quotations are promptly received, analysed and distributed for approval. Mikayla is a vital part of the team, skilled in navigating complex matters to bring satisfaction to all parties. She has an enthusiasm for seeing projects through to completion in a timely manner and developing relationships with contractors and stakeholders. She is also charged with the important role of securing invoice approvals. Mikayla’s thoroughness, consistency and determination comes from her background in administration, sales and customer service. Her curiosity for learning and passion for personal and professional growth reflects in her high work ethic and excellent service. When Mikayla is not in the office she is enjoying a healthy lifestyle and free diving in the ocean.

Marilyn Gittins

Business Founder

CUBE Body Corporate Management was established in 1999 by Marilyn, who saw a need for prompt and efficient delivery of establishment of bodies corporate for Solicitors and Surveyors. All parties benefited from working with CUBE whose personal and expert service is second to none. Post registration, many owners sought ongoing professional management for peace of mind. Marilyn provided exceptional customer service, integrity, and reliability. As a result, CUBE has enjoyed substantial growth, buoyed by word of mouth from satisfied clientele over the last 15 years. Marilyn semi-retired in 2019 and now enjoys volunteering at the local church and leading women’s small groups. She continues to provide invaluable background support to the company in between her many social activities. Marilyn is confident that the whole team diligently uphold the values and service standards for which CUBE Body Corporate Management has come to be known.
